Cute! Yes these are also from the Cutie Pets line.

Yep, they're from a line of fakes where those 2 pups had LPS-like bodies (the other pups & two adult dogs in the set don't have the LPS-like bodies). Besides the brown, they were also made in yellow & gray, and I know at least some of them were originally sold with a couple of accessories that looked very similar to those from LPS molds.
