Fakie rabbit and kitty

Does anyone know what company made these? They're not exactly molded like LPS but still very cute.

I've been wondering for a long time what they are. I bought them when I was a child because they were so similar to pet shop. I think i got them from k-mart but don't remember what the packaging looked like or what the toy line was. I also have the dog set. They are not in the best condition anymore but I love them just the same. Would love to find out what they are.

How cool!! I have some of them too but i Never seen the dogs and the Baby Kitty bevor ;)
