On the Little picture is a dark Brown dog he is a fakie too! One of the darker white bunnys Could be a discoloration... I'm not Sure...

I remembered of them. It was in 1999 or in 2000 for Easter, in a supermarket in Africa.
The fakies were in a chocolat egg with a doll. I didn't like the doll... It was a very slim doll in plastic with a biger head and bunches with hairs but when I saw the little pets, I ate more chocolate to have them !!
I was so glad to find LPS whereas you couldn't get hold of these LPS anywhere these days !!!
It was Christmas for me !
The little fakies were adopted by my old LPS pairs !

The white bunny is not discolored, it has always been ecru and it's me who drew the pink collar of the brown bunny...

It wasn't Kinder brand but another one. I think the packaging was a metallized purple paper...
The eggs were very big because of the doll size.
I was lucky to have different fakies each times !
Perhaps it was imported from France... It's difficult to know now, I was young and it was a long time ago...

Sarafina, all the bunnies and the puppies come in the eggs. The kitten is a recent find, somebody sold it with the Cat Mummy and her kittens.

Those are adorable! The bunnies with their paws out look like they are dancing! That cat is so super adorable! Now I'm going to have to start collecting Baby Buddies for sure, dangit.

Could it be that this kitten is from that series too? I haven't been able to identify, and since he is much bigger than the other LPS kittens I've seen, I've started to think maybe he isn't really one of them. What do you guys think?

This kitty belongs to the Littlest Pet Shop Care Center from 1993. There is also a grey variant of this cat...

Whoa, it really does belong to that set... I've scrolled through the visual ID list many times, but I've totally missed this.
This is just so much bigger than any other kitten I've seen. For example those kittens in Mommy & Baby Kitties -set are much smaller than this guy... Well, live and learn!

Is it a fake or a baby buddies ?

Have you noticed that fakies always have colors very "natural" / simple.
As for the horses, they are white, variation of brown, ecru ... and also their manes.
There are no out of the ordinary colors or some sophistications (spots, scratches ...)
The fakers wanted to be discreet? Fear of appearing "too fake"?
