Custom competition!

Hey who wants to do a custom competition? I was looking at the beautiful customs by Alie and I thought, 'people must be being inspired by these wonderful pieces; I know I am! hey, we should have a custom competition!'

I think it would be a lot of fun. Emphasis on the fun, rather than competitiveness. Themed or not themed? Maybe we could have a couple of categories? Themed, open, and 'challenge', where we decide on a set of common baities we all have or can get easily, and we can use them, and only them, to make a masterpiece?

And what's a competition without a prize? If people are keen, I can host and make a selection of customs that could be prizes, with your suggestions. What do you think?

I love your enthusiasm! And idea! I'm not sure I'm very good or as creative as some of the customs that I have seen but I'm willing to give it a try! This seems like such a fun idea.

I think we're steadily gathering enough people to make this real! I'll have a think about the format of the competition, and get back to you. Meanwhile, please enjoy this box back - it's from the last winter swap. I showed it to my sister on the weekend and realised I never showed you guys (except my swap partner!)

Hmm, maybe one of the categories' prize could be me making the custom box to go with the winner's custom set! What do you think?

This box is awesome! How did you create it? Did you use a computer program and print it? I am trying to make a back card for a custom and not having much luck so far. Great job!
