Saw This On Etsy - So Cute! (Not Vintage)

Measures: 1.5 inches tall. I think it's made like a tie pin on the back (a post with the locking pinbacks) but there isn't a picture.

I guess this person makes them? I haven't bought one but I'm certainly thinking about it.
