I didn't see it either! Pretty neat.

I didn't personally purchase them, but my best friend got them for me with the intention of most of them being gifts sent to me over time. I don't have any of them in my possession yet, but hopefully will in a month or two. I'm beyond grateful as my last several months have had many dark days, and knowing that there are some LPS additions on the horizon is a small ray of sunshine at an otherwise difficult time (among other things, I had have my 13-year-old Whippet, Hugo, put to sleep last Saturday, after several vet visits and an emotional roller coaster...still struggling immensely with his loss, and probably will be for quite some time :( ).

Not all of the pets in the lot are vintage LPS. The wax sculpt dog and matching brown painted dog up front & center are from a Kenner/Tonka/Hasbro line of toys called "Magic Touch" that ultimately was not widely produced. The yellow cat in the back doesn't have the vintage LPS style, so looking forward to trying to figure out what toy line it came from. The yellow dog is, of course, Baby Buddies from Kiss My Tears Away Baby set.

Once I have a few of these in hand, I'll try to make a post about them, as well as some of the other Kenner LPS & Baby Buddies pre-production items I've acquired over the years and haven't gotten around to posting about yet.

So sorry to hear about the loss of your furry companion Hugo. That's lovely that you have a friend who can cheer you up like that, and it's pretty cool these interesting production pieces are finding their way to an enthusiast like yourself.
