Frolicking Friends (1999) - Hasbro/Galoob

Finally got around to making a page for the Frolicking Friends line of Pound Puppies/Pur-r-ries/Bunnies. It came out near the end of the Galoob line and there were 6 released. Each one used at least one accessory from the same mold as those used for LPS. The prototypes shown on the package are probably LPS pieces as almost all of them are a different from the final product. I have seen some of these on eBay more than once and the colors of the packaged ones seem to be consistent. These stumped us for years because they would say 1999 Hasbro which we knew was impossible since the line ended years before.

This is great. Very nice job! I was just trying to figure this out as well. It looks like they came with a paper hang tag? The photo of the group looks more like plastic, right? Great job!

Thank you so much for sharing this. I had been curious about the colors of the other sets. I have the grey puppy with the pink and yellow bed and have been mesmerized by it for years!
