Slippy Seal's base

I finally have the tan Slippy Seal in my collection, and I noticed that her base isn't glittery (unlike the US version), though the name-sticker does say "name" on it (I kind of half expected it to have no text). Is the non-glittery base with US-style sticker the norm for the European seal?

This is interesting...Both of my seal variants say "Sealion" instead of "name"...

Oh yes, sorry, I didn't give complete information - it says 'Sea Lion' and then has the 'Name' line underneath, just like yours. I just thought there was a European variation with a blank sticker for some reason - maybe I imagined it?

I recently noticed a variant of color of the fishes bucket.
One is deep pink with blue fishes. The other is bright pink (almost fluo) with green/turquoise fishes
