*JAPANESE* Variants

In times we could need her so much for organizing some things, it feels good to read from her and see some pics. She has an amazing collection of japanese sets!! Let's go and have a look:

For chronology I continue with the following variation that I received today =)
I love this japanese guy but he unfortunately is not able to change his colors either.

Additionally I think its value rises, faced to the the fact there are also a few non-japanese lighter cameleons out there. There are must be several of color variations. Some of them with and other cameleons without the colorchanging effect.

The next set was found by Flipdat, who transferred the pic from Zuse's Guide for showing the variety of japanese variants out there!!

The Japanese variations really amuse me...those dot eyes  I think because nowadays, Japan is famous for enlarging and exaggerating the eyes on everything!

Hahaha :D You're so right!!
I guess they should have kept their dot-eyes method rather than creating these ugly new little monsters!!

What a funny imagination to have tons of more japanese stuff!!! Unfortunately they stopped producing dot-eyes animals from 1993 upwards...

By the way...I have noticed that several japanese variants of the Prize-Winning Pups were sold in Germany and Netherlands. They are popping up here rarely but at least from time to time...

He also purchased the Japanese Zoo variant. It looks so exciting with it's foreign language...I will also add Misty's pics of her unpacked variant of the Zoo...

I find those lables for the bags of food are so special. The neither look the same to the US-ones nor to the EU-ones...

Joey seems to be a huge fan of the Japanese variants of playsets. This one is also from his collection:

The next one is from the 1994 Chatter Pets line...I believe there is nothing different but the box. Maybe the stickers? It would be so great if we could ask Misty, since this is her picture. I am not sure but wasn't it Jeaposs who also is an owner of this set?
