Is this Kitten and Puppy LPS?

I found these at a yard sale a while back. They don't look vintage but they don't look like the new ones either. Anyone recognize them?

Those are older polly pocket pets. C: They aren't vintage, but they aren't made anymore like that. Either way, lucky find!
