International newspapers

Did international releases of sets like the Playful Puppies include int'l variations of the newspaper, or just the usual US newspaper? I feel like I should already know this but am blanking on it!

Just opened my Italian mum and baby puppies, and it is the regular US paper. I was wondering the same!
