Just picked these up at a yard sale. Are they worth the $5 I paid for them? And can you tell me how old they are

So cute! I just started collecting Calico Critters/Sylvanians. You paid $5 for all three? I would say definitely worth it! I'd even say they're worth $5 a piece. They're all rare I believe. The brown bunny (just like the ones I had as a kid) is a Wildwood Rabbit. And the gray mice are part of the Thistlethorn family which I believe are very popular among collectors because they're not made anymore.
