I have the plan to fully rebuild my childhood collection of misc. toys.
LPS will be the only queen of my toy-collections forever since I decided to collect ONLY those other toys that I really owned as kid (don't feel forced to have every line complete like I do with Littlest Pet Shop).
Ok - I never had the three Barbie Horses but I dreamed of having "Lucky" and "Sun Runner" forever.

I unfortunately have no space in my LPS room left why I have to display them all in my office. Those Lego Fabuland sets were exactely the ones I received from my dad when I was a kid. He died when I was 5, so I am really into them. There are a lot of memories connected with this collection.

A bunch of things are still missing. Like I aim to have the "Bravo Traube" boardgame made by Parker. I also haunt for at least one special Magic Nursery doll and a lot of missing pieces to the vintage Little People line from Fisher Price and some pieces from the Bouncin' Babies collection. My newest passion is the rebuilding of the Sandylion collection I had as a kid. I had a bunch of cute things but as it's always the case - SOME ARE MISSING =)

It's so much fun and like a healing process when LPS frustrates you again ;)

You don't need to find that toy store in Vienna. Your collection is much more impressive! I love your displays! I hope to see it some day! :D

Thank you, Joey - but I have a lot of ideas of what's still missing ;)

That is a great collection and beautifully displayed! Thanks for all the pictures!

Oh your Fabuland collection is superb ! :o
I only have three small sets of my childhood: the kitchen with the fridge, the haircut salon and the romantic barque ride ... :)

Thanks, Brit & Alie =)
If these were the only sets you had as a child your collection is quite huge and complete.
I also only have those my father bought for me when I was young...I loved him very much, why I couldn't resist to get them back. So many memories are connected with the Fabuland sets.

It was also a great way to take a break from LPS. Had some very frustrating months why this short time-out tought me taking a deep breath :D :D
